  • 1.做菜前先拿根葱炸点葱油放凉 然后新鲜莴笋去皮,切成小块改丝
  • 2.下味精 盐 辣椒丝 蒜碎 腌制偶尔翻下大概二小时后倒去水分
  • 3.新鲜章鱼 下一把盐顺时针洗磨 最后干净水冲好
  • 4.锅下水烧开 下葱姜蒜 少许油把章鱼烫熟丢入冰水中收缩。切成小块【为了好看留只小的装饰,忍不住偷吃了几个哈】然后倒入莴笋丝中,加入早前晾凉的葱油拌匀
  • 5. 如此就可以上盘了,洒上少许芝麻。营养好吃口感一级棒
