烤核桃饭团
最近迷上了看各种吃播,吃播的主持人虽然是个个子娇小,身材纤细的女生,但是一顿饭能吃个5~6公斤,额(⊙o⊙)…这巨大的反差着实惊着我了。有好几次都会吃到饭团,看的我眼馋了,所以自己也做了点儿~

  • 米饭160g
  • 核桃8个
  • 海苔1张
  • 寿司醋5ml
  • 白砂糖3g
  • 生抽2ml
  • 苹果醋2ml

Steps to make 烤核桃饭团

  • 1.米饭放入碗中,加入寿司醋,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.放入核桃碎。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.用模具刻出来形状。
  • 5.苹果醋、白砂糖、生抽调成碗汁儿。
  • 6.将酱汁儿抹在饭团上。
  • 7.翻个面继续抹。
  • 8.预热烤箱,上下火180度10分左右。(贴近烤盘的一面最先上色定型,记得中间观察,适时翻面。)
  • 9.烤好以后自然放凉。
  • 10.裹一层海苔条。
  • 11.O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
  • 12.开吃啦~吃的时候有核桃的脆脆口感和坚果香。
