  • 1.有是吃大闸蟹的时候了,很多朋友吃大闸蟹都是清蒸的。我个人比较喜欢吃盐焗,这样弄比较入味。吃起来咸香咸香的。大闸蟹清洗干净
  • 2.把精盐5包打开,放在炒锅里炒热(冒烟)
  • 3.拿出一个锅,(家里平时火锅用的,或许沙锅也可以)先放一层盐在锅底部。大闸蟹以次排在上面。后再铺上剩下的热盐。
  • 4.加热锅里,5分钟关火。焗15分钟
  • 5.看见了吧,开盖看看。刚刚好熟了!
  • 6.取出来,装盘。
  • 7.我的那个天啊,15分钟刚刚好熟了。
  • 8.这样弄的大闸蟹,齿甲留香。咸度刚刚好,也不要沾其他什么酱料。
  • 9.喜欢的朋友可以在家里弄一下。
