Steps to make 抹茶可可豆沙餐包

  • 1.油除外,按照先液体然后粉类,最后放酵母的顺序,将材料放在面包桶中
  • 2.开启一个和面程序一个程序结束后面包团的状态
  • 3.此时加入油,再次开启和面程序
  • 4.面团拉开,会形成比较坚韧不易破的薄膜,停止和面程序
  • 5.收圆,盖保鲜膜发酵
  • 6.发酵至两倍大取出排气,分成等量的小份,滚圆,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 7.取一份松弛好的面团,用擀面杖擀开,包入豆沙馅
  • 8.收口向下
  • 9.全部做好后进行二次发酵
  • 10.奶酪软化加入糖搅拌均匀
  • 11.放入抹茶粉搅拌均匀
  • 12.放入低筋面粉搅拌均匀
  • 13.拌好的抹茶面糊涂在发酵好的面包团上
  • 14.烤箱180度上下火预热,入烤箱前在表面淋上一层巧克力酱,不要淋太多,我的就有点多了
  • 15.20分钟左右即可
  • 16.成品
