我是那么的爱子姜,而我家其他人是那么的嫌弃子姜。我时常拿子姜当配菜,吃的时候挑得一干二净,看到他们吃的时候把子姜挑出来当垃圾我就觉得可惜*,无可奈何我就用酱油泡点子姜,这样我就时常可以吃到了,独享的那种。吃面放几片,吃粥拿几片*

    • 1.子姜洗干净,切片。
    • 2.放一点糖。
    • 3.放生抽,不要淹没子姜,等下会出水变多的。生抽的量大概比炒菜时咸一些就可以了。
    • 4.拌匀。静置。
    • 5.看吧,时间不长就有水出来了。试下够不够咸不够可以再添点生抽。
    • 6.盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱,想吃的时候夹一点就可以了。单吃或者拿来炒菜也可以。
