酸爽开胃的——四川泡菜
小时候冬天可以吃的蔬菜除了包菜就是萝卜,所以长大后我最讨厌这两种蔬菜,因为可以选择的多了,我就没必要吃不喜欢的菜,自从喜欢上做菜后就开始拿自己讨厌的菜做实验,看怎样把它做的美味可口,现在我发现没有不好吃的食物,只看你会不会做,我可不是说我多么会做啊,只是想说换种做法也许你会重新爱上那些不喜欢的食物,这几年开始吃白菜了,萝卜真是一只没买过,突然有一天电视在介绍成都,那是个我非常怀念的城市,以前常去,老公没去过但是非常向往,电视里介绍了成都各种好吃好玩的,我们就看到泡菜了,以前去成都我都没注意每个餐馆里的泡菜,电视里看着好诱人,于是辰爸下命令让我试试,于是乎我就买了些萝卜、芹菜试了试,结果一发不可收拾了,萝卜成了我们家餐桌每天必备的小菜,酸爽开胃,一天不吃就感觉少点什么,我已经连续腌了两个月了,一直很好没坏过,所以才来上配方。

Steps to make 酸爽开胃的——四川泡菜

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.罐子先用白酒晃一遍消毒,然后装上自来水(根据容器大小装,我上面只是写的基本比例),我的是粉色的因为之前泡了心里美萝卜。
  • 3.放进所有的调料。
  • 4.将蔬菜清洗干净切好块或片均可,有花刀的话可以切成花型更漂亮。
  • 5.将泡菜放入容器中,以水刚好淹过泡菜为好,放一层撒一层食盐。
  • 6.盖上盖子,加入一些水密封放置阴凉避光处。
  • 7.腌制5-7天就可以吃了,以后2天即可。
