Steps to make 香芹肉丝馅春卷

  • 1.瘦肉,豆腐干,芹菜分别切丝,大葱切大片
  • 2.盐,糖,鸡精,生抽
  • 3.锅烧热,加油倒入加淀粉拌匀的瘦肉丝翻炒
  • 4.加入大葱翻炒几下盛起备用
  • 5.油倒入炒锅,翻炒豆腐干
  • 6.加入芹菜,肉丝,盐,糖,生抽鸡精翻炒起锅备用
  • 7.春卷皮底下垫一张油纸,平铺春卷,加入炒好的肉丝
  • 8.从里向外卷,卷至边沿刷上蛋液(防止炸时春卷边沿翘起)
  • 9.折好春卷左右边
  • 10.再卷起
  • 11.依次卷好放入盘中
  • 12.锅内倒油,多倒点炸制时会上色均匀,油烧开,大火炸制,2,3分钟即可(因馅是熟的,炸的是春卷皮,炸至金黄色即可)
