潮州肉粽

  • 五花肉1.5斤
  • 南乳3块
  • 酱油少许
  • 1勺(左右)

Steps to make 潮州肉粽

  • 1.糯米,绿豆,花生米洗干净,清水浸泡2小时以上小时,然后沥干水分,加入盐均匀搅拌后备用。
  • 2.栗子用剪刀剪出一条线去壳,用温开水泡10分钟,去皮备用。
  • 3.五花肉洗干净,(要买带皮的五花肉,这样口感更好)连皮切小块,然后加入南乳,少许的盐,少许的酱油腌制1小时(或者3小时)。
  • 4.粽子叶和粽子绳用清水洗干净,再用开水浸泡1小时以上,然后就可以包粽子了,像图中的包法,把所有的食材包在一起,用粽子绳绑起来。
  • 5.把绑好的粽子放进高压锅中,注入开水,淹过粽子的表面,高压锅盖上盖子大火煮开5分钟,转为小火,煮一小时。关火后焖20分钟再打开盖子。
  • 6.好吃的粽子就做好了。
  • 7.成品。
