  • 5.水开后上锅蒸十分钟。
  • 6.肉沫提前用酱油腌制好,放少许的淀粉拌好,锅里加入油烧热,倒入肉末翻炒出香味,放入四川豆瓣酱,加少许酱油,用水淀粉勾芡出锅,这个时候水淀粉的汁一定要多一点,它才能平铺在豆腐上。
  • 7.炒好的肉沫铲出放在碗中。
  • 8.然后平铺在豆腐的上面,撒上葱花,零点芝麻油就可以开吃了。
