韩式冷面(简易版)

Steps to make 韩式冷面(简易版)

  • 1.所有调料混合在一个碗里,搅拌均匀,放冰箱冷冻,直至有很多冰碴。
  • 2.准备好辅助材料,最好放牛肉片和梨,可惜我都没有。
  • 3.冷面的面有白面的,玉米面的,荞麦的,我买的白面的。揉搓开放入冷水锅中,大火烧开。
  • 4.待面条刚刚有点像面糊状就可以捞出来了。
  • 5.将面条过凉水,反复冲洗。
  • 6.面条捞出备用。
  • 7.在面条上放入各种喜欢吃的食材。叠高高。
  • 8.倒入冰镇好的冷面汤,撒上芝麻。喜欢吃辣的可以放些辣椒酱。
