  • 1.准备好荞麦面。
  • 2.水干后下锅煮好面。
  • 3.煮面时把黄瓜刨成丝。
  • 4.拿出自制手工泡菜。
  • 5.面条煮熟后,放在凉开水中冷却。
  • 6.准备一面碗,放二勺酱油,一勺醋,少许白糖,鸡精与白芝麻,少许盐与芝麻油,在放点韩式辣椒酱,用事先冷藏好的冰水倒入碗中,把面放入。
  • 7.拿一个微波炉煮蛋器,先淋少许芝麻油。
  • 8.把鸡蛋敲入模具,入微波炉中,中火加热两分钟。
  • 9.泡菜,黄瓜丝铺在面上,再放你一个鸡蛋,最后淋上点辣椒油就可以开吃了。清爽美味的荞麦面,别有一番风味。
