Steps to make 炒拉条

  • 1.原料:土豆,青菜,青辣椒,西红柿,鸡蛋,葱
  • 2.土豆切片,西红柿切块,青椒切块,葱切段,鸡蛋打散,青菜切段
  • 3.准备一人份粗棍棍面或粗拉面
  • 4.面下熟
  • 5.鸡蛋炒熟盛出备用
  • 6.锅中倒油放入切好的葱,辣椒,土豆片(大概3~4分钟)
  • 7.倒入少许酱油和盐
  • 8.将煮好的面水控干后倒入炒锅中
  • 9.加入西红柿
  • 10.加入鸡蛋
  • 11.倒入少许蚝油
  • 12.倒入辣椒面,翻炒1分钟出锅
