  • 1.1. 猪棒骨洗净入沸水锅中焯烫出血沫,捞出冲洗干净
  • 2.2. 汤锅加足量水放入猪骨大火烧开,放姜,料酒,转小火慢炖1个半小时左右
  • 3.3. 通草洗净后放入,小火继续炖40分钟左右,调入少许盐即可
