  • 2.把辣椒把切掉
  • 3.切成约1厘米的段
  • 4.放入干净无油无水的容器中,加盐拌均匀腌制
  • 5.腌了2个小时
  • 6.里面会有辣椒汁浸出。可以滗出来,这个汁拌菜非常够味
  • 7.姜打碎
  • 8.把蒜也放入绞肉机和姜末一起打碎。一定要先打碎姜在放蒜,否则姜不易打碎
  • 9.把打碎的姜蒜放入腌好的辣椒里加入白酒
  • 10.拌均匀
  • 11.装入可以密封的瓶子中,上面可以再撒少许的盐
  • 12.密封保存,大约一周就可以吃啦。腌制的时间久一点,自然发酵后味道更好。腌好的辣椒圈这样不开封,放一年也不会坏哦。
