蛋沙拉是由鸡蛋、黄瓜、樱桃萝卜、沙拉酱等制作而成的,在面包片上涂抹上自制的蛋沙拉,即有营养又能填饱肚子,满满的能量早餐。利用多士炉的蒸蛋功能,几分钟时间就可以将整个鸡蛋蒸熟,很方便快捷。这是两人份量的早餐,孩子喜欢金黄色有点焦脆的吐司片,我就喜欢淡淡的颜色,5个档位随心所欲,选择你所喜欢的烤色。

Steps to make 蛋沙拉三明治

  • 1.用烤箱做一个牛奶吐司。
  • 2.准备做蛋沙拉的食材,樱桃萝卜洗干净沥干水分。
  • 3.用多士炉配有的量杯底部的钢针,在鸡蛋大的一头戳一个小孔,防止鸡蛋在蒸的过程中炸开。
  • 4.发热盘装上适量的水,将鸡蛋放在煮蛋盘上,盖上透明盖。按下“煎蛋”键,蒸蛋器开始工作。
  • 5.煮好的鸡蛋剥壳,切小块,加上沙拉酱拌均匀。
  • 6.加入切簿片的樱桃萝卜和切成小粒状的黄瓜。
  • 7.加入黑胡椒粉拌均匀,即成蛋沙拉。
  • 8.将吐司片插入吐司槽中,拔动调色滑键选择所需的烧色,按“烤面包”按键,轻轻向下按推动条直到下端。
  • 9.时间到,面包片自动弹起,烘烤结束。这个面包片是2档,大概烤1分多钟。
  • 10.我喜欢浅色的1档,烤约1分钟。
  • 11.在面包片上面抹上蛋沙拉。
  • 12.用另一片烤好的面包片盖上。
  • 13.对角线切开即可。
