  • 1.所需食材。
  • 2.鸡脯肉切成丁,加少许盐,白胡椒粉,水淀粉抓匀,腌制一会儿。西红柿削皮,切成块。
  • 3.锅里放油烧热,把腌制好的鸡肉丁倒入锅里划开,炒至肉色发白。
  • 4.把煸炒好的肉丁盛入碗中备用。
  • 5.锅里放油烧热,放入葱姜蒜爆香,倒入番茄酱翻炒。
  • 6.再放入切好的番茄,翻炒变软。
  • 7.加入煸炒好的鸡肉丁,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加白砂糖少许,翻炒,最后勾芡出锅。
  • 9.盛入盘中即可。
