  • 1.准备内馅,将肉馅里加鸡蛋和调味料搅均匀。

  • 4.卷成豆腐卷,用牙签扎眼,防止起泡,将豆腐卷收口朝下放入蒸锅。开锅25分钟出锅!
  • 5.炒锅铺锡纸(方便清理),放白糖。
  • 6.用筷子架起豆腐卷,开始熏制,冒烟30秒关火。
  • 7.出锅马上刷上香油,防止表面变干。
