咖哩蟹炒年糕

  • 梭子蟹一只
  • 年糕2根
  • 洋葱半个
  • 黄油40G
  • 淀粉8G
  • 150ML
  • 印度咖哩酱30G
  • 三花植脂淡奶200ML
  • 美极鲜鸡粉5G
  • 一小匙
  • 色拉油400ML

Steps to make 咖哩蟹炒年糕

  • 1.所有食材。
  • 2.把年糕切成片浸泡在水中10分钟。
  • 3.将梭子蟹洗净,揭开蟹盖,除去蟹腮,斩下蟹钳,蟹切成小快,洋葱切成丝备用。
  • 4.把蟹放到一个容器里,撒上薄薄的一层干淀粉。
  • 5.锅里放入色拉油。
  • 6.等油温五成热时放入蟹过油,等蟹壳变红色后捞出,控干油备用。
  • 7.把锅里的色拉油倒出洗净,烧热锅后加入黄油。
  • 8.黄油融化。
  • 9.黄油融化后加入洋葱煸炒一会至软。
  • 10.加入蟹肉和蟹壳,翻炒一会。
  • 11.加入咖喱酱后翻炒直至咖喱酱溶化。
  • 12.放入三花植脂淡奶和水。
  • 13.放入年糕然后加盖开大火焖煮三分钟,然后转小火继续焖煮3分钟。
  • 14.等汤汁收浓时加入盐和美极鲜鸡粉调味。
  • 15.加入罗勒翻炒一下即可出锅。
