剁椒蒜蓉金针菇
金针菇又称毛柄小火菇,因其菌柄细长似金针菜,故称金针菇,它有很高的药用食疗作用。例如:金针菇氨基酸的含量非常丰富,高于一般菇类,尤其是赖氨酸的含量特别高,可以预防和治疗肝脏病;其实也适合高血压人群,可抑制血脂升高,降低胆固醇,防治心脑血管疾病;第三富含蛋白质、难生素B1、B2等等 。对金针菇大家都不陌生了,家庭或是外面吃火锅最为常见的一种配菜,价格便宜又美味,可用于清蒸、炒、或是煮汤。这道菜的特点在于浓浓的蒜香味带点剁椒的微辣,再搭配酱油翻炒一下,做法简单却不是一般的美味……

Steps to make 剁椒蒜蓉金针菇

  • 1.金针菇400克
  • 2.切去根部较老的部分,然后摘成小份,洗净沥干水份
  • 3.蒜切碎、葱白切碎、剁椒一勺剁碎
  • 4.锅内加适量水烧开,加点盐和半勺油,下金针菇煮变软
  • 5.煮好的金针菇沥干水份,盛出备用
  • 6.锅内点少许油,下蒜、葱白小火炒香
  • 7.再加一勺剁椒炒出味道
  • 8.将煮熟的金针菇倒入锅内
  • 9.调入适量盐、生抽、鸡粉、芝麻油,开大火翻炒均匀
