    Steps to make 蒸生蚝

    • 1.生蚝用刷子刷干净。
    • 2.生蚝从侧口打开。我是左手用布包着生蚝,右手拿刀打开的。小心戳到手。
    • 3.热锅凉油放入蒜末,加入一点点姜末也可以,在锅里小火炒,然后放入盐鸡精和生抽。蒜末要洗一下,先倒入一半蒜末炒到微黄再放另一半。泡发好的粉丝放入生蚝上,然后导入蒜末上锅蒸五分钟。
    • 4.蒸好之后端出来,放入小葱和小米椒碎。再倒入蒸鱼豉油,起锅烧油,油热后琳到生蚝上就好了。
