  • 1.枇杷鸡腿4个(约500克)剔除骨头,加40克腌料和40毫升清水,混合均匀放盒子里,盖盖子冰箱腌制12个小时。
  • 2.取2块腌制好的鸡腿肉切块,一个鸡蛋打散备用。
  • 3.鸡肉上裹上干的玉米淀粉。
  • 4.取一块鸡肉先蘸蛋液,再裹面包糠。
  • 5.重复以上操作,烤篮中铺上油纸,把鸡肉块一个个放上去。
  • 6.风炉200℃烤25-30分钟(烤箱180-200℃烤25-30分钟)。
  • 7.无油炸,不上火,更健康。
  • 8.蘸番茄酱,甜辣酱都很好吃哦。
