    Steps to make 瑶柱腊肉蛋黄粽

    • 1.黑白糯米、脱衣绿豆用水浸泡6小时以上;腊肉切小片;瑶柱泡发。
    • 2.粽叶用温水泡3小时。
    • 3.将泡好的黑白糯米连同瑶柱混合在一起。
    • 4.加入盐拌匀。
    • 5.取一片粽叶折成漏斗形,先放入糯米。
    • 6.再放入脱衣绿豆、腊肉和蛋黄,再放入糯米。
    • 7.把它折成三角形,用棉线绳绑紧。
    • 8.包好的粽子放入高压锅,放入适量水,压30分钟即可。
