  • 1.准备食材 :青椒 、瘦肉、 小米椒、小洋葱。
  • 2.青椒、小米椒切丝 ,小洋葱切片 。
  • 3.猪肉切成薄片 。
  • 4.放入酱油、 淀粉、油腌拌。
  • 5.锅中放少许油 ,将青椒小米椒下锅炒。
  • 6.炒至断生, 盛出备用 。
  • 7.锅中再次放油,倒入肉片 。
  • 8.炒至变色 。
  • 9.放入洋葱片 。
  • 10.加入蚝油、料酒、糖、 胡椒粉调味。
  • 11.倒入青椒丝。
  • 12.最后加少许鸡精提鲜,出锅。
  • 13.成品。
