Steps to make 安心油条

  • 1.原料:面粉,牛奶,黄油,色拉油,鸡蛋,盐,小苏打,泡打粉。
  • 2.将原料放到一起加冷水揉成面团,面团要揉至细腻光滑。取一小块面团反复抻拉可见它透明而不破,就说明面团和好了。
  • 3.和好的面团不能立刻就做,而是要将其放入0°C--4°C的冷藏冰箱存放12小时,让面团的组织融合的更加充分,为油炸打下基础。可将面团分成长条,用保鲜膜包好入冰箱。
  • 4.取出发好的面团,切成小块,两个小块叠加在一起,用筷子压一下。
  • 5.入油锅前捏住两边拉一下。
  • 6.入油锅中火炸制。
  • 7.炸好的成品。
