原味肉松

最近因为新拥有了一台东菱撒果料面包机,可以经常做各种面包,所以也做了几次肉松来搭配,两片吐司夹上满满一层肉松和芝士,或者搭配些番茄片、青瓜片什么的,再喝杯牛奶或豆浆,早餐就很好地解决了,省时省事,高效快捷。

  • 1.原料一;
  • 2.原料二;
  • 3.猪肉洗净去筋膜,切大块,放入锅中,加水煮熟;
  • 4.煮猪肉的同时,把所有调料倒入大碗中,搅拌均匀;
  • 5.煮好的猪肉取出沥水晾干;
  • 6.把猪肉放入保鲜袋中,用工具拍松散,我用的是擀面杖,拍了几分钟;
  • 7.把搅拌叶片装入面包桶中;
  • 8.倒入猪肉,把调味汁加入猪肉中;
  • 9.选择“肉松”菜单键,启动程序,时间为1小时10分钟;
  • 10.待机器发出长鸣声,成品便出来了,打的很碎,很好吃;
  • 11.成品。
