椰香拔丝南瓜
秋季南瓜丰收季,南瓜吃饭各式各样,今天做拔丝南瓜,软糯香甜,撒上椰蓉,香甜中带有椰奶香味!

  • 1.南瓜削皮切成块。
  • 2.锅中烧水,水开下入南瓜焯水30秒捞出控干水分。
  • 3.撒上适量的玉米淀粉,把南瓜都裹上玉米淀粉。
  • 4.另起锅烧油,油温六成热下入南瓜小火炸。
  • 5.炸至表面金黄捞出控油。
  • 6.另起锅加入,一大勺清水,100克。
  • 7.加入一大勺白砂糖,100克。
  • 8.开小火熬制起大泡泡。
  • 9.不停的搅拌,熬制成焦糖色。
  • 10.倒入南瓜,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.然后装入盘中,再淋入糖浆。
  • 12.随着糖浆慢慢变凉,南瓜的颜色会越来越深,能够看得到糖丝,夹起南瓜能够拔长的金丝。
  • 13.再撒上椰蓉增香。
  • 14.凉了之后外焦里嫩,软糯香甜,非常甜蜜!
