  • 糖粉50g
  • 黄油100g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 少许
  • 蛋白20g
  • 糖粉150g
  • 柠檬汁15ml

Steps to make 暖心糖霜饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化后,加入糖粉,搅拌均匀。这样在打发时糖粉不会飞溅出去。用电动打蛋器搅打至蓬松羽毛状。分次加入蛋黄,每次都完全搅匀之后再加下一次。筛入低筋面粉和盐,用刮刀拌至均匀。
  • 2.两手轻柔成面团,裹上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏静置1小时.取出冷藏的面团,两面撒上面粉擀成厚度5mm薄片,用饼干模压出各种形状。
  • 3.蛋白加入一半糖粉,用电动打蛋器搅打至柔顺再加入另一半糖粉。分次加入柠檬水,调节稠度。打蛋器提起出现缎带状垂落即可。加入适量的食用色素,调成需要的颜色,分别装入裱花袋。
  • 4.裱花袋剪一小口(慢慢剪,切忌一开始剪太多,可以慢慢调),先在饼干上圈出需要填充糖霜的范围。
  • 5.用较稀的糖霜填充表面(可以兑入多一点点柠檬汁,但不能过多,否者会酸味太重),然后用勺子边缘或者牙签等纤细物修正填充边缘。
