蜜汁猪肉脯❤️鲜甜咸香,肉质紧实有嚼头
2021!眼看着快过年了,但是疫情挥之不去,越来越严重,去不了旅游,聚不了餐,想回老家都难,宅在家的日子吃吃喝喝,作为一名超级爱美食的妈妈级人物来说,一日三餐,各种小吃零食都是亲自上阵,自制零食干净卫生,无添加,孩子吃了放心,妈妈安心,和家人孩子坐在沙发上,吹着空调,看着电视,吃着自制的猪肉脯小零食,边吃边聊,这样的日子平淡、简单、幸福❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • 猪瘦肉300g
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 蜂蜜20g
  • 1-2g
  • 25g
  • 味极鲜酱油5ml
  • 蚝油10g
  • 老抽2ml
  • 料酒10ml
  • 黑胡椒粉1g
  • 红曲米粉1g

Steps to make 蜜汁猪肉脯❤️鲜甜咸香,肉质紧实有嚼头

  • 1.准备主要食材:猪纯瘦肉,白糖,蜂蜜,芝麻,味极鲜酱油,老抽,料酒,蚝油。
  • 2.猪瘦肉切块,放进电动搅拌机搅打成比较细腻的肉馅。
  • 3.放蚝油10克,料酒10毫升,味极鲜酱油5毫升,老抽2毫升。
  • 4.再放盐,糖,黑胡椒粉,红米米粉朝着一个方向搅拌上劲儿,放入冰箱冷藏一个小时左右,腌制入味。
  • 5.提前把烤箱打开预热180℃,油纸一张铺在桌面上,把肉馅放上去,上面覆盖保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成厚度均匀的薄片。
  • 6.撕掉保鲜膜,放入烤盘中,中层180℃先烤10分钟。
  • 7.取出来,刷上蜂蜜水(蜂蜜加少许水混合均匀)再放入烤箱继续烤,隔5-8分钟取出来翻面刷蜂蜜水,重复此操作!
  • 8.好的多观察,看猪肉脯状态,差不多烤时候取出来撒芝麻刷蜂蜜水再烤3分钟就可以了。
  • 9.烤好自然降温后,切除边角,剩余的切片装进食品密封盒冷藏保存。
  • 10.肉质紧实,软硬适中,鲜甜咸香。
  • 11.冬季天气寒冷,宅家的时间更多了,和家人孩子坐在沙发上,吹着空调,看着电视,吃着自制的猪肉脯小零食,边吃边聊,这样的日子平淡、简单、幸福。
