  • 砂糖50克
  • 麦芽糖25克
  • 牛奶50克

Steps to make 绿豆糕

  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.去皮绿豆洗干净,浸泡一夜。
  • 3.浸泡好的绿豆控干水分,上锅蒸40分钟左右,熟了关火。
  • 4.绿豆放入破壁机中,加入少许牛奶打碎。
  • 5.绿豆沙放入锅中,加入黄油翻拌均匀。
  • 6.加入糖搅拌均匀。
  • 7.绿豆沙抱团加入麦芽糖。
  • 8.搅拌抱团不沾铲子即可。
  • 9.放凉,绿豆沙团一个50克,用50模具做好型。
  • 10.成品图。
  • 11.做好型冰箱保鲜冷藏一会食用更佳。
