    • 5.把带鱼表面拍一层干面粉,抖落一下。
    • 6.锅内放油烧热,放入花椒粒炸出香味儿。
    • 7.放入带鱼段儿煎制。
    • 8.表面金黄色翻过来继续煎制。
    • 9.全部把带鱼煎好盛出备用。
