小排骨土豆汤
小排骨土豆汤是我最喜爱的汤类之一,做法简单,材料也很容易买到,小排骨炖汤配土豆是我认为最完美的搭配。完全不用放一点点味精,都可以鲜到爆表。煮汤的时候满屋飘香,肉香味浓,土豆煮过之后也吸收了完美的肉味,变得更好吃。

  • 猪肋排500g
  • 土豆2个
  • 一小勺
  • 料酒5ml
  • 一把
  • 3片
  • 2小勺

Steps to make 小排骨土豆汤

  • 1.猪肋排切块洗净,放入锅中倒入凉水大火煮开,撇去后浮沫,捞出备用
  • 2.炒锅中放入一小勺油烧热,放入葱姜爆香
  • 3.将猪肋排倒入,烹入5ml料酒炒香
  • 4.将炒好的猪肋排连同汤汁一起倒入炖锅中,加入约2L-2.5L左右的水
  • 5.大火煮开后调小火焖煮2小时,剩余半小时时加入2小勺盐
  • 6.剩余10分钟时,加入切好条的土豆块,大火煮开后调小火,快好的时候剪入葱花即可
