  • 1.黄油用室温软化;
  • 2.稍微打一下之后加入糖粉,搅拌均匀后继续打发(拌匀是为了防止糖粉飞溅);
  • 3.加入鸡蛋液继续打发;
  • 4.直至黄油呈蓬松的羽毛状;
  • 5.加入低筋粉和红茶粉;
  • 6.揉捏成团(不要过度揉捏);
  • 7.分成30克的面团,搓圆后按扁,然后嵌入烘焙型巧克力豆;
  • 8.烤箱中层,180℃,20分钟,完成。
