  • 1.芸豆准备一碗备用,去壳,折断洗干净。

  • 3.油锅烧至六成熟倒入玉米油,倒入芸豆大火快速炒。
  • 4.炒至表面至八成熟。捞出备用。
  • 5.五花肉大蒜入锅煎两面偏黄。
  • 6.倒入肉丝煸炒。
  • 7.倒入芸豆一起大火烧。
  • 8.烧至芸豆完全熟,最后加入少许盐,少许生抽,煸炒入味准备出锅。
