  • 6.小火慢煎至蛋液凝固即可,这个配方我一共做了8片8寸左右的。
  • 7.用8寸的模具底帮助,切出完美的圆形。
  • 8.把面片冷藏一小时备用。
  • 9.淡奶油400克,白砂糖40克,打发至8分硬性发泡状态。
  • 10.在8寸模具底上垫一张油纸,放上一片面片,抹上一层淡奶油。
  • 11.用刮刀抹平整奶油。
  • 12.再放上一片面片,抹上一层淡奶油,这样一层层的操作。
  • 13.全部操作完以后,放冰箱冷藏1小时定型。
  • 14.每切一刀最好用开水烫一下刀,这样更好切。
