晶莹剔透的月饼-----水晶紫薯月饼
这个月饼看上去挺漂亮,其实实物比图片更美,小熊说总觉得我没把剔透的感觉拍出来,只能这样了。

做起来很简单,趁着天气还没有凉下来,吃着水晶一样的月饼,是不是感觉整个人都降温下来了呢。

明天就是中秋假期了,大家会怎么渡过呢,先祝大家中秋快乐。我今天做的皮用料很简单,因为只有这样才能让月饼足够透明,其实也可以加些牛奶、椰浆之类的配料,也会美丽但不会剔透,各取所需吧。

Steps to make 晶莹剔透的月饼-----水晶紫薯月饼

  • 1.紫薯去皮,上锅,水开后蒸20分钟。
  • 2.琼脂用凉水浸泡30分钟。
  • 3.蒸好的紫薯压成泥。
  • 4.琼脂泡好后,将水倒掉,重新放清水。
  • 5.用中小火煮,一边煮一边用勺子搅拌,直到水开,琼脂完全溶化,加入适量的白糖,搅拌至溶化。
  • 6.做好的琼脂水可以再过滤一下,放一边冷却。
  • 7.等琼脂水不那么烫后,大概40几度吧,可以先倒一部分至模具里,放冰箱冷藏一下。
  • 8.做好紫薯馅。
  • 9.等下层的琼脂水稍微凝固,将紫薯馅放在中间。
  • 10.最后将模具注满,放冰箱冷藏至凝固即可。
