  • 1.荠菜洗净,胡萝卜去皮,紫薯去皮切块。

  • 3.把绞肉加葱姜,盐,鸡精调味搅拌上劲,分成三份,和紫薯,荠菜,胡萝卜搅拌混合。找一个深一点的盘子,铺上保鲜膜,先把紫薯肉馅铺在第一层。
  • 4.胡萝卜肉馅铺在第二层。
  • 5.荠菜肉馅铺在上面,用保鲜膜裹起放入冰箱冷冻半小时使其变硬,以便下一步操作。
  • 6.从冰箱拿出,先切成条,在切成块。
  • 7.把切好的块放在生粉上裹一层粉。
  • 8.放入开水锅中小火汆熟。
