日式炸饭团
今天我不做吐司了(做得我自己都有点怕怕滴,相信各位美食家也都看腻了)。我要改改口味,换换外形,那今天就做个东洋味的“日式炸饭团”吧。我家小子吃了大呼好吃呢!他滴午餐就用这个解决掉了。最要紧滴是他把平常都不碰的蔬菜给统统吃下肚啦!高兴。。。。。

  • 白米饭半碗
  • 小香肠5条
  • 红萝卜1小段
  • 日本青瓜半条
  • 鸡蛋液1粒

Steps to make 日式炸饭团

  • 1.材料都预备齐全了。
  • 2.青瓜,红罗卜切成条状。
  • 3.青瓜,红萝卜加入适量幼糖。
  • 4.再放下白醋腌过材料拌匀待用。
  • 5.小香肠用热水川烫过。
  • 6.鸡蛋放碗中打散。
  • 7.把青瓜,红萝卜控干水份备用。
  • 8.混合白米饭和糯米饭,加入调拌好的糖醋(寿司醋+幼糖)拌均匀。
  • 9.寿司席上铺上一张朔料纸,中间铺上适量的糯米饭摊平。
  • 10.先把一条小香肠放在糯米饭的中间。
  • 11.排上青瓜,红萝卜。
  • 12.再撒上少许的肉松在上面。
  • 13.再拿些糯米饭盖在材料上面。
  • 14.用寿司席连朔料纸把它卷起压紧,卷到到一半。
  • 15.把2边的朔料纸往内折,压紧卷完即可。
  • 16.摊开朔料纸,我滴饭团就弄好了。
  • 17.把饭团先裹上一层鸡蛋液。
  • 18.再滚上一层面包糠(自己做滴),稍微略把面包糠压进饭团里。
  • 19.放进6,7分热度的油里用小火炸至外层金黄色即可。
  • 20.炸好滴饭团用吸油纸干表面滴油份装盘。
  • 21.切开看看里面滴馅料。
  • 22.无法抗拒滴“日式炸饭团”
  • 23.日式炸饭团。
