无油花生酱面包
天热,进厨房就是一身汗,什么都不想做,但又不能不吃饭,那就做简单快捷的一次发酵的面包,里面加了花生酱口感棒棒哒!

  • 白砂糖20g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 2g
  • 酵母2g

Steps to make 无油花生酱面包

  • 1.高筋粉、盐、白糖、水、鸡蛋、酵母(不和水接触)全部放厨师机内搅打成光滑的面团(我怕揉断筋,都是感觉差不多就取出摔几下)。
  • 2.摔至能拉出边缘光滑的膜。
  • 3.平均分成7个面剂。
  • 4.披萨盘洗净用厨房抽纸擦干,用手抹一层油防粘。
  • 5.面剂用手捏成一圈薄中间厚的面片,放上适量花生酱,我用勺随意挖的。
  • 6.像包包子一样封口捏严。
  • 7.封口朝下,掌心相对转圈把面剂团圆。
  • 8.逐个包馅放入披萨盘内,放入烤箱醒发(不插电,利用密闭环境醒发防干皮)。
  • 9. 醒发至明显变大取出,预热烤箱170度5分钟以上。
  • 10.刷全蛋液、洒黑芝麻。
  • 11.放烤箱中下层烘烤。
  • 12.取出,把面包从模具中取出放晾网上晾至手温,装袋密封保存。
  • 13. 成品,第二天早上拍的,有色差。
