  • 1.先把材料准备好,如图所示,乌鸡蛋煮好剥壳,鲜虾也一样,大白菜洗净切丁,皮蛋葱末姜末准备好。
  • 2.先放花生油爆香剥出的虾壳。
  • 3.接着加入水把爆香的虾壳煮开,再捞出虾壳留虾汤出来。
  • 4.然后倒入煮好的米饭到虾壳汤里再煮开。
  • 5.再依次倒入虾仁和切块的皮蛋,姜末,煮开。
  • 6.再放入撵碎的乌鸡蛋。
  • 7.最后放入切丁的大白菜,再倒入一勺花生油。
  • 8.再放适量的海盐,鸡精,一勺味达美蚝油。
  • 9.最后再加入一勺太太乐松茸鲜鸡汁。
  • 10.OKK,就这样子,一锅美味香甜鲜香的大虾皮蛋白菜鸡蛋粥就煮好了。
