  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.牛奶和油放入碗中,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.至无油星,乳化。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.Z字搅拌至无干面粉。
  • 6.加入三个蛋黄。
  • 7.搅拌均匀,蛋黄糊就好了。
  • 8.蛋白中,分三次加入糖,打发至硬性发泡,提起打蛋器有坚挺的小三角。
  • 9.蛋白霜和蛋黄糊就好了。
  • 10.取1/3蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀或刀切式翻拌均匀,不要划圈搅拌哦。
  • 11.搅拌好的蛋糕糊。
  • 12.再全部倒入剩下的蛋白霜中。
  • 13.翻拌均匀,同样不要画圈搅拌哦,蛋糕糊就好了。
  • 14.提取20CM高,倒入模具中,震平,用牙签划几下,消掉小泡。
  • 15.放入预热好的烤箱中,中下层,烤50分钟。
  • 16.时间结束后,取出,倒扣晾凉。
  • 17.好了。
  • 18.成品图。
