Steps to make 玉米面面包

  • 1.原料:玉米面、面包粉、白糖、白油、盐、酵母粉。
  • 2.将水与玉米面混合并搅拌均匀,静置几分钟,让玉米面充分吸收水分。
  • 3.这是混合好的玉米面。
  • 4.将面包粉、白糖、混合好玉米面、酵母粉装入面包桶中,启动和面程序。
  • 5.当面团成形时,加入白油,继续揉面。
  • 6.面团变光滑时,加入盐继续揉面,面团渐渐有了筋性并且光滑。
  • 7.将面团从面包桶中取出,整理成圆形,放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜饧发30分钟。
  • 8.30分钟后,取出面团,分成三等份,稍排气后揉圆。
  • 9.再放入烤盘或盆中盖上保鲜膜继续饧发90分钟。
  • 10.90分钟后,面团稍排气,整理成橄榄形,放在烤盘上再饧20分钟。
  • 11.撒上面粉,用刀划出喜欢的刀口,烤箱预热上下火200度,预热完成后,将面包坯放入烤箱,35分钟,表面成金黄色时,关火出炉。
  • 12.成品。
