芒果奶油雪糕
一台料理机就可以轻松搞定好吃的雪糕。立夏后温度越来越高,已经穿短袖了。天热了,就想吃雪糕冰激凌等冰品。今天做一个芒果淡奶油雪糕,没有打发奶油,用了最简单的方法,就是把芒果奶油和牛奶全部放入破壁机里搅打成糊,然后倒入模具种冷冻。虽然做法超级简单,但你放心,味道和口感依然 是很棒的,入口也不会有冰碴,配方也很随意,还可以根据自己喜好调整,但淡奶油最好不要去掉,否则口感会有冰碴

  • 1.今天用的是大青芒,果肉香甜。我连糖都没有放。
  • 2.取芒果肉。
  • 3.淡奶油和芒果肉放入破壁机里,淡奶油我是做蛋糕时用玫瑰花浸泡的,有玫瑰的香味。
  • 4.再倒入纯牛奶。
  • 5.用果汁功能搅打成糊。
  • 6.倒入模具中冰箱冷冻一天。
  • 7.冷冻后脱模就可以享用啦。
