红烧元宝肉

  • 1.五花肉切成小块。
  • 2.准备好辅料。
  • 3.煮熟的鹌鹑蛋剥皮。
  • 4.鹌鹑蛋放入油锅炸至金黄捞出。
  • 5.把五花肉焯水,控干水分。
  • 6.把锅烧热不放油,放入焯水的五花肉,小火煸炒至微黄捞出备用。
  • 7.锅中留底油放入冰糖。
  • 8.小火熬制糖色成棕红色。
  • 9.下入五花肉煸炒均匀。
  • 10.加入酱油 料酒 葱姜 八角 辣椒煸炒均匀。
  • 11.放入汤锅加开水没过肉,小火炖至40分钟。
  • 12.再倒回炒锅加入炸好的鹌鹑蛋和盐烧至20分钟收干汤汁即可。
