    Steps to make 【蛋皮寿司】

    • 1.以一斤米为例,称好倒入电饭煲。
    • 2.把米洗净之后,加一倍的水,比例是1:1,也可根据你用的米的吸水程度适当增减,蒸成米粒完整的米饭。
    • 3.蒸好的米饭。
    • 4.把米饭弄松散,稍微晾凉。
    • 5.加海天苹果醋。
    • 6.一斤的米,加六到七汤匙的苹果醋即可,根据个人喜好增减。
    • 7.把米饭抖散均匀,让苹果醋和米饭充分的融合。
    • 8.鸡蛋一个。
    • 9.打散后,煎成一张蛋饼。
    • 10.肉松适量。
    • 11.黄瓜半根,去籽切条。
    • 12.红萝卜切条。
    • 13.煎锅中加少许色拉油煎熟胡萝卜,这样胡萝卜的那股味道就不重了,因为有的人吃不来,不煎也是可以的。
    • 14.把蛋皮去掉边缘,成长方形。
    • 15.铺上少许米饭。
    • 16.放上黄瓜,胡萝卜,肉松。
    • 17.卷紧一点,接口朝下。
    • 18.再取一张紫菜,最后的接头处放少许米饭,蛋卷的接口处放在紫菜开始卷的位置。
    • 19.完整的卷好。
    • 20.切小块即可。
