  • 牛奶140克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 全蛋液90克
  • 酵母约6克(2小勺)
  • 4克

Steps to make 果干奶酪餐包

  • 1.除了奶酪和果干其他材料都放到面点机内桶里,按和面功能,成团后加入奶油奶酪
  • 2.两个揉面程序后面团光滑细腻
  • 3.3个揉面程序后会出现很薄的手套膜
  • 4.加入泡好的圣女果干和葡萄干(圣女果干要切一下),再揉面3分钟左右至揉匀
  • 5.面点机外桶加入25度左右的温水,盖好盖子开始发酵到2~2.5倍大,手指沾面粉戳一下面团,不塌陷不回缩即可,一发完成
  • 6.面团取出,放到抹了少许油的案板上按压排气,扣上面盆醒15分钟
  • 7.硅胶模抹油。面团等量分成圆球放到硅胶模里
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜,烤箱下层放一大碗热水,在烤箱里进行最后发酵,发到2倍大即可
  • 9.烤箱180度预热,面包表面刷全蛋液
  • 10.入烤箱中层,上下火180度,13分钟左右,面包表面金黄色即可出炉
  • 11.烤好的面包,趁热来一个好香好软
