Details of ingredients

  • 高筋面粉200g
  • 2g
  • 60g
  • 蛋液35g
  • 奶油奶酪150g
  • 糖粉25g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 帕玛森芝士粉5g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 酵母2.5g
  • 黄油20g
  • 蛋黄6g

Steps to make 奶酪小元宝

  • 1.所有材料除黄油外全部放入面包机,设置和面程序20分钟。
  • 2.10分钟时加入黄油。
  • 3.继续和面10分钟即可轻松出膜。
  • 4.和面结束,设置发酵程序60分钟,发酵结束检视面团发酵程度,可用手指蘸粉插入,洞口不塌陷不回缩即可。
  • 5.基础发酵时,我们来制作奶酪馅:奶油奶酪+糖粉用打蛋器搅拌至顺滑.
  • 6.再加入蛋黄,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.制作奶酪馅图
  • 8.将发酵好的面团取出,手掌轻压排气后,分割成50g/个*6个,滚圆盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟。
  • 9.先将面团搓成圆锥形,再擀薄擀长,最宽的部位抹上奶酪馅,卷成卷,放入模内。
  • 10.烤箱二发,至模具的8分满。
  • 11.二发结束,表面刷蛋黄液,用锋利的刀划一道口子,放入黄油条。
  • 12.烤箱175度预热,中层25分钟左右。(出炉图)
