Steps to make 【广东】清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.鲈鱼洗净,切花刀。
  • 2.鲈鱼用盐、料酒、姜片腌制半小时。
  • 3.取鱼盘,盘底摆葱段、姜片,上面放腌好的鱼,再放葱、姜。
  • 4.将鱼摆入蒸锅,水开上汽后蒸十分钟。
  • 5.将盘里的汤汁倒掉,葱、姜也去掉,淋入蒸鱼豉油,摆葱丝,红椒丝,淋入热油。
  • 6.成品。
