Steps to make 酸奶吐司

  • 1.称量准备好所有材料。
  • 2.除黄油外全部材料放到盆里,先用筷子搅拌,再用手揉。
  • 3.面团揉出筋时,加入黄油,继续揉至面团出膜。
  • 4.揉好的面团,盖上湿布开始发酵。
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.面团取出放案板上,按压充分排气,分成3等分,饧发15分钟。
  • 7.取其中一份,用饺子棒擀成长牛舌状。
  • 8.从一端开始卷起。
  • 9.收口朝下。
  • 10.做好的全部面团,放入吐司模中。
  • 11.盖上湿布开始二次发酵,夏天气温高,就盖了块湿布放温暖处发酵了。
  • 12.发酵至九分满。
  • 13.表面刷上全蛋液,烤箱预热,上下火180度,中层,大约35分钟。
  • 14.新鲜出炉。这次时间掌握的很好,颜色也很好看。
  • 15.晾凉,切片食用,很香。
