Steps to make 冬瓜鲜菇汤

  • 1.虾米提前20分钟在清水中泡软。
  • 2.瘦肉切片,加点胡椒粉、生粉、花生油抓匀腌制十分钟。
  • 3.冬瓜去皮后切薄片。
  • 4.姜切片、葱白切段、鲜菇洗净后切块。
  • 5.锅内加底油,下虾米、姜、葱小火炒香。
  • 6.再下鲜菇翻炒几下变软。
  • 7.往锅内一次性加适量清水,烧开后下冬瓜片煮3-5分钟。
  • 8.最后下肉片煮一下,调入盐和鸡精。
  • 9.成品图。
