  • 1.纯净水、吉士粉混合均匀成吉士酱。鸡蛋打成蛋液。
  • 2.酥皮切成8*8cm的正方形,对折成三角形,再在两个等边的位置各切一刀。
  • 3.打开酥皮,把切出的两个边折起,在表面刷上蛋液。
  • 4.烤箱提前使用180℃预热,把酥皮放入模具中,再放入烤箱,烤制约25分钟至表面上色,制成丹麦酥。
  • 5.丹麦酥取出冷却后,挤上吉士酱,点缀上水果,撒上糖粉即可。
